Wingsee Auyeung is a Canadian Chartered Accountant, having started her career in Canada with PKF in 1980. She has worked in hospitality and real estate consulting in Asia since 1986, the first 10 years with KPMG in Taiwan and subsequently the consulting partner with KPMG in Beijing and Shanghai. In 2002, she established her own consulting firm and is the Managing Partner of PKF Consulting Inc. in Shanghai.

Mr. Shen is the partner of PKF. His financial and auditing experience comes from his over twenty-year’s career life. He also attained a Bachelor Degree of Accounting from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics and a MBA degree from Federation University Australia.

Mr. Yan is the partner major in audit business. He worked in KPMG audit department and transaction services department, where he accumulated extensive experience in the areas of financial advisory and auditing services. Before setting up the new audit firm, he served as the Vice President and CFO in a US listing capital firm. He is an active Certified Public Accountant both in China and Australia. He also holds a Bachelor Degree of Economics and a MBA degree in Shanghai JiaoTong University.

Qin Chen is a Chinese registered lawyer, graduating from East China University of Political Science and Law, and earned his Master in Law degrees from University of Utrecht and University of California Berkeley. He is an interdisciplinary professional specializing Chinese laws and US laws. His area of expertise started with investment immigration practice. With more than ten years of experience, his expertise expanded to overseas private equity investment, offshore trust, CRS tax planning, and other related services in regards to family office for high-net-worth clients from China.

Diego Lu is a Director at PKF China and head of the Overseas Wealth Advisory Department. After returning from Australia, he has long served in domestic law firms to provide management consulting services. With the increasing number of high-net-worth people in our country, the scope of services extends to corporate personnel's household asset allocation, inheritance and identity planning and global tax planning. He has provided relevant services to more than 500 high-net-worth families and has been invited to participate in more than 300 presentations.

Mr. Li is our Tax Partner. He has over ten years working experience in tax consulting in Fortune 500 companies such as Ernst Young, 3M China, China Construction Bank. He is one of the tax trainers in Chinese active CPAs. Jason provided professional service and training for JWP China, Shanghai Electric, BMW Brilliance, Novonordisk and etc. Jason graduated from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics and obtained a Master degree of Accountancy from Fudan University. He is also a Certified Tax Practitioner of China and a member of Certified General Accountant of Canada.

Mr. Borys Priadko spent more than 15 years in Shanghai, China and experiencing the dynamic environment. Prior to join our firm, he has established a consulting company focused on providing value-adding services to organizations. Mr. Borys Priadko has over 25 years working experience of accounting, finance and general management. Mr. Borys Priadko graduated from University of New England, Armidale NSW Australia of Bachelor of Financial Administration. He is certified Australlian Society of Accountants CPA, Sydney NSW Australia.

Ms. Yu is the partner of PKF CPA. She is familiar with US GAAP, IFRS & PRC GAAP. She is an active Certified Public Accountant of China. She served for Crowe Horwath China CPAs for several years and worked for DBS (Hong Kong) as well. The clients she provided the annual audit service including Hudong Heavy Machinery Co., Ltd., Shanghai World Expo (Group) Co., Ltd. and GoHigh Data Networks Technology Co., Ltd.

Mr. Wang is the senior partner of PKF CPA. He is an active Certified Public Accountant of China. He used to work with a local audit firm for several years, and also served as finance manager for several pre-IPO companies including website based trading companies. He focused on those local pre-IPO companies as the consultant on company internal control, accounting GAAP adjustment, and advising on business transforming for the purpose of future IPO overseas. Andy obtained China CPA in year 2002. The clients he used to service including NORMA, Chum etc.

Mr. Richard Liu’s main practice area includes merger and acquisition, IPO and asset reorganization and private equity funding. Mr. Liu worked for several international firms. As a member of the Shanghai Venture Capital Association, Mr. Liu led many successful deals in private equity funding, stock incentive and venture capital investment sectors. Mr. Liu assisted overseas investment bank to provide domestic legal service for overseas listing. As advisor of several domestic security brokers, futures companies and trust companies, Mr. Liu participated in several equity financing, trust offering and investment advisory products.

Mr. Jiang is a director of China Finance and Tax Law Association, graduated from Chongqing University of MBA. Mr. Jiang had served in the Chinese state taxation administrations, and worked in large multinational companies for many years. Mr.Jiang is expertise in international tax, transfer pricing, anti-avoidance, “Chinese enterprises go-abroad” tax assistance, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, tax audit assessment.

Mr. YEAP Wai Kong has more than two decades of experience working in banks and international accounting and consultancy firms. In his early stage of career, Mr Yeap worked in the corporate finance and advisory divisions of the Big Six; Mr Yeap later worked in a prestige investment bank, building his experience in IPO, fund raising and mergers and acquisition. Subsequently, Mr. Yeap had been appointed as an executive director and CFO of a listed company. Because of his expertise and experience, Mr. Yeap had also being invited to sit on the board of a number of public listed companies as their non-executive independent director. Mr. Yeap holds a Master Degree in Applied Finance from Melbourne University, Australia and a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) Degree from Monash University, Australia. Mr. Yeap is a Chartered Accountant (Singapore) and a CPA (Australia).

Alex earned a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) Degree from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, is a Fellow Member of the ACCA, and the HKICPA and a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) of Hong Kong. He has over 15 years of professional experience with internal control reviews, pre-IPO financial review and preparation of financial statements under US GAAP/IFRS. His industry experiences including Oil & Gas, Telecommunication, Manufacturing, Property Development and Construction.

Cherry is a Member of the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants (CICPA) and has over 14 years of audit and financial advisory experience in China. She started her career with Ernst & Young Shanghai audit department then joined a Credit Suisse Group Company subsidiary for 5 years in the positions of Internal Auditor, Planning Manager and Financial Controller for the Asia Region. Cherry moved back to Shanghai in 2003 to continue her professional career in financial advisory specializing in financial due diligence, Sarbanes Oxley compliance, internal control and tax advisory.

Armstrong Zhong is one of the partner of PKF Consulting Inc. He has working experience in KPMG on financial consultancy over 13 years. He has extensive working experience in manufacturing, mining, oil and gas, food and beverage industry.

Gordon Boal spent 20 years as a senior executive in Canada and 10 years with KPMG.
